Terms of Sale
Last updated 4 June 2026
These terms apply when you order a print from Jungle Journal, whether through our app or our website. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Delivery & Returns page.
1. Products and pricing
We sell made-to-order canvas and framed prints produced from a photo you supply. All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before payment. We may change products and prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
2. Your photo and image rights
You may only order a print of a photo that you own or have permission to reproduce. By uploading a photo you confirm that you hold the necessary rights, and you grant us and our print partner a limited licence to reproduce that image solely to produce and deliver your order.
You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's copyright or other rights, or is offensive. We may decline or cancel any order that appears to breach this, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from a photo you supplied.
3. Orders and payment
Payment is processed securely by PayFast, a South African payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received; until then it is not binding on us. We may decline or refund an order if we cannot fulfil it.
4. Production and delivery
Prints are made to order by our South African print partner and couriered to the address you provide. Estimated production and delivery times are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. These are estimates and not guarantees; we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
5. Cancellations, returns, and faults
Because each print is custom made to your specification, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for change of mind once production has begun. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we will reprint and resend it at no cost, provided you tell us within 7 days of delivery. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
