How your print is made, shipped, and looked after

Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Each print is made to order by our South African print partner and couriered directly to the delivery address you enter at checkout.

How long it takes

Because every print is made to order, please allow:

That is typically 5 to 9 working days in total. Larger framed pieces can take a little longer. We will email you when your order is in production and again when it ships.

Damaged or incorrect items

We want your print to arrive perfect. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo of the issue. We will reprint and resend it at no cost to you.

Returns & cancellations

Each print is a custom, made-to-order item produced from the photo and options you choose, so it cannot be resold. For that reason we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for change of mind once an order has gone into production. This does not affect your rights in respect of damaged or defective goods, which we will always put right (see above).
